Commission Information

Personal Commissions

♣ for personal, non-commercial use only
♣ base prices listed under prices

Priority Commissions

♣ Skip the waitlist or get a commission done by a deadline
♣ [(Base price) + (50% of base price) = priority base price]
♣ can be applied to any type of commission weather it be personal, commercial, or special

Commercial Commissions

♣ For commercial use pricing varies, depending on the project (usually 2-3x personal use price)

Special Commissions

♣ Refers to character design, & reference sheets
♣ Already priced for commercial use

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service

♣ 50% deposit via agreed upon payment method must be paid in full before I start the commission. Other 50% is required after client satisfaction upon completing sketch phase.♣ There will be absolutely NO refunds on deposits or after sketch phase satisfaction and completion.♣ Personal prices listed are for personal, non-commercial use only unless stated otherwise (special commercial commissions are already priced for commercial use.)♣ Client must provide complete character reference(s) unless it is a special commission.♣ Multiple characters may be commissioned in a single slot. (specify how many + whether they will be in separate or in the same canvas.)♣ I may reject orders I believe are outside my range of ability.♣ Commission completion times vary (weeks-months) If you need a piece completed by a deadline or want to skip the waitlist, consider a priority commission.)♣ I retain all artistic copyrights to post/use commission artwork unless otherwise discussed (terms vary for commercial use.)♣ Using my works as NFTS is STRICTLY prohibited.♣ Credit must be given to me, Atari's Art, when commissioned artwork is used (applies to personal, priority, commercial, and special commercial commissions.)
